Arlene’s dominated this category thanks to its diverse and reliable stock of arts supplies and classes that help local creatives hone their craft.

BEST FLORIST: FLOWER SCOUT
You don’t necessarily have to get married to avail yourself of Colie Collen’s floral design services (though if you are getting hitched, you should probably hire her). Flower Scout’s summer CSA—each week, a bouquet for members—is maybe one of the best things about Troy. Keep an eye out for her pop-up flower crown workshops.
